Racing Team Turkey claimed a historic maiden FIA WEC victory at the 6 Hours of São Paulo, with the #34 Corvette Z06 GT3.R crossing the line first in the LMGT3 class at Interlagos. The result marks the team's first ever World Endurance Championship race win and a breakthrough moment for Turkish motorsport on the global stage.
Salih Yoluç, Charlie Eastwood and Peter Dempsey delivered a flawless performance across the six-hour race, combining strong pace with clean driving to stand on the top step of the podium for the first time this season.

After a tough start to the 2026 campaign — a DNF at Imola, P9 at Spa and P6 at Le Mans — the São Paulo weekend represented a turning point for the team. Everything came together at Interlagos, where the #34 Corvette showed strong pace from free practice through to the chequered flag.
